Let’s face it – we’re all busy! Whether you’re a marketing manager or an entrepreneur, there are very rarely enough hours in the day to get everything done. Luckily, there are tools which can lighten the load when it comes to keeping on top of social media scheduling and community management. As social media is a great avenue for driving traffic to your business website, this is one area where it pays to invest in a tool which really works. Here are our pick of the best for 2019.

Buffer Buffer isn’t a new tool but it is one of the best out of there. Functional, easy to use and packed with features, it can shave precious time off managing your social media accounts, however many business profiles you maintain. The biggest selling point for Buffer is it allows you to quckly schedule udates across the major social networks including Instagram and Pinterest in one go. It doesn’t have the sophisticated reporting of other tools but it’s good value for money, easy to use and a reliable option if you just want to save time on updates. Hootsuite Hootsuite is another long-time social tool but don’t be put off by the fact that it isn’t a brand new entrant – in fact, it’s established presence makes this is a top pick. While it’s a little more expensive than some other options, it has a basic free tool for those with just a couple of social profiles or a monthly fee for more comprehensive use.Hootsuite is a sophisticated option and it’s packed with features so it can save you time in a number of areas. As well as being able to pre-schedule and bulk upload posts, you can also see messages, tweets and comments across your social profiles from the dashboard, so no more logging in and out of each network to manage your community. It also has a good reporting and analytics function, which makes it quicker and easier to see what’s working and what’s not. Sprout Social If you’re a bigger business or a business with lots of brands and social media accounts under your wing, Sprout Social is a powerful enterprise tool. As well as scheduling your posts, you can also interact with your community. Unlike the other tools in this list, Sprout Social can save you a double whammy of time by also incorporating blog updates. This is the most expensive tool on this list but well worth trying if you’re bogged down with lots of social media accounts.
