Eazi-Apps Launches Online Training And Sales Academy

Helping and empowering our Network members are things that we strive to do every day here at Eazi-Apps. Each upgrade to our app development platform or addition to our marketing materials is another step in helping our partners build sustainable and profitable mobile app businesses in any location across the globe.

As we all know, every person that joins us is an individual and brings unique experiences and skills to their business. Whether you have a background in IT, marketing, sales or something completely unrelated, we believe this should not be a barrier to you reaching your potential.

Learning is a continuous journey and can be defined as, “the acquisition of knowledge or skills through study, experience or being taught”. We all learn in different ways, with some being visual learners whilst others prefer to learn by experience. The key thing to remember is that we should all strive to learn new skills which we can develop both professionally and personally in a variety of scenarios.

One of the best ways to learn and develop is through involving yourself with the content, testing your understanding through assessments and implementing skills into real world situations. As the famous US philosopher and founding father of America once said, “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn” -Benjamin Franklin.

With that being said, the focus of today’s blog is to highlight a new and exciting learning platform we have launched for all partners, namely, the Eazi-Apps Training and Sales Academy. Utilising cutting edge visual content, supplemented by written materials and assessments to aid the learning process, our partners have additional tools to build successful mobile app businesses.

 

Online Training

The online training section of the academy focuses on the technology and equipping partners with the knowledge and skills to develop mobile applications without any technical skills. Covering aspects such as our CMS Dashboard and Platform as well as using a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to manage the operational side of the business.

The idea behind the online training section of the academy is to supplement the initial 2 days of training that each partner receives upon joining the Network as well as being a great reference point to review certain aspects of the app development platform.

 

Sales Academy

The sales academy section, as the name suggests, is heavily focused on equipping partners with the skills, confidence and methods to build successful businesses. Our aim with our sales training is to ensure that every partner, regardless of previous experiences, has the tools and knowledge to connect and engage with business owners at all levels.

Some of the courses in the sales academy that partners can take advantage of include consultative selling, overcoming objections and how to negotiate effectively as well as a variety of other topics relating to the sales process.

 

Assessments and Certification

Ensuring that the content and strategies covered during the online training and sales academy are embedded into the long term memory, we have devised a series of assessments to complete at the end of each course. A range of multiple choice questions place the partner in various scenarios and ask them to select the most appropriate course of action. Upon successful completion of assessments, partners will receive Eazi-Apps certifications.

 

Feedback

As part of the online training and sales academy, we are always looking to gather feedback from partners that complete the courses. A key aspect of the academy is to foster feedback from partners about additional courses and training that we can provide to help partners in all aspects of their mobile app business.

 

Flexibility

The entire online sales and training academy is cloud hosted, therefore partners can access the academy at any time from any location 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In an increasingly digital and global world, giving partners the flexibility to learn and develop on their own terms is something we feel is essential.
